Set-up for the Year End Event will be Saturday, May 6th from 10am-1pm. If you cannot make it then you may set-up Sunday after church. Please be finished before the stage performances begin upstairs and ensure any little ones are supervised.

Things to bring:

  1. We have tablecloths but not always enough, please bring a back up for your display table.
  2. A sign to make sure your display is labeled with the class name.
  3. If you are using the dividers please bring T-pins to use (in a downward motion) to hang items.
