As part of our 40 Days of Prayer, we began this week partnering in prayer with our friends from Oasis Church in Santiago, Dominican Republic. This summer we have the opportunity to partner in the gospel through hospitality and missions. From Saturday, June 29 to Saturday, July 6, 2019, twenty or more students and staff from the D.R. will be visiting the D.C. area and we are looking for host families! Would you consider joining us in welcoming our friends and partnering with Oasis Church to display and declare the gospel of Jesus through word and deed to their graduating seniors?
We are also partnering in mission as we prepare to go to the Dominican Republic from Saturday, July 6 to Sunday, July 14! Together with Oasis Church, we will be sharing the good news of Jesus in underserved communities in the D.R. and Haiti. If you are interested in this opportunity to go into the D.R. with the good news of Jesus and dedicate one week of your summer to this mission, consider attending the interest meeting on Sunday, March 3 from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. in Room 102.
