This training event, Equipped!, for current and future small group leaders will be a time of equipping and relationship development. The kind of people who would benefit from this event are those who might be interested in starting a community group, or have potential to lead other small groups (couples or singles). We would really like to have husbands and wives come together. While we will be equipping attendees in our philosophy and understanding of community groups at RGC, we trust it will also be equally helpful to people leading Bible studies as well as other kinds of small groups (both men and women are welcome).

Breakfast and lunch will be served. Equipped! is free of charge, but please take a moment and register by November 12th, so we know how much food to prepare.
