Please join us for a Member Meeting on Sunday, May 5 from 12:30-2:00 p.m. after the regular service! From 11:30 a.m. – 12:25 p.m., there will be a fundraiser lunch hosted by the Home Education Co-Op. They will offer a Chipotle-style meal for a suggested donation of $5 (single parent households and students are invited for $3), or you can bring your own lunch. If you need childcare for children aged 1-5, please contact SaraJane Strylowski by May 3.
At the meeting the Elders will provide updates on elders and staffing, talk about upcoming preaching topics, and conclude with a time for Q & A.
In a change from previous years, the Annual Plan and Budget will be emailed to members in late June, with opportunities to meet with Elders to discuss your questions on July 7 and 14, followed by a vote on the budget and deacons on July 14, with electronic voting open until noon on Saturday, July 20.
