How do you respond to trials in your life? Maybe you’re having a tough semester, relationship problems, trouble at work, or you discovered you’re very sick, or fill in the blank. Trials are often intense, long-lasting, and drain our joy. As followers of Christ, how should we respond? James 1:2–4, our text for the Men’s Breakfast, says “count it all joy, my brothers, when you meet trials of various kinds.” How is this possible?
