Parents, we are excited about caring for your kids and giving you a few hours of kid-free time! We will have kids’ activities and games, food, snacks and a movie (Encanto). All of the kids will be in the basement auditorium for the entire night. The younger kids will be in their own section of the basement auditorium, but still in the basement auditorium – with all the noise that comes with it. Please register here!

Ages: 6 months to 12 years (Availability limited for children under 2, please register).

Check-In: Please use the basement entrance.  Upon arrival, you will be checked in via a kiosk (the same one used on Sunday mornings) and will then validate your phone number and food arrangements with a helper.

Food: We will be serving pizza, water, and cookies for dinner, and will have gluten free pizza & cookies if your child has a sensitivity to gluten. All products at RGC will be nut free. If your child is allergic to gluten, dairy, or has additional food allergies we recommend you feed them before arriving or pack them dinner. (No nut products please). If you have young children, such as nursery aged kids and pizza is not appropriate, please pack snacks or dinner for your child.

Parent Accessibility: We ask parents to be mindful of their children’s ability to transfer well into a childcare setting. If you have young children or they may require assistance, we ask that you stay close to the building in the event you are needed for an early pickup.
