Welcome & Prayer: Vince previewed the agenda and reviewed Membership Commitment #5. By way of reminder, Vince starts the second part of a three-month sabbatical on May 20 and will return mid-June.

Vote on Bylaws Changes: The elders made two recommended edits to our bylaws at our March Member Meeting. The vote to approve the recommendation begins today and concludes on Friday.

Membership: The elders introduced a new member candidate and those recommended to be removed from membership.

Staffing: Vince explained changes in the staff elder roles, introduced three summer interns, and reviewed the non-staff elder renewal process and developing new non-staff elders. To recommend a new non-staff elder, please complete this form.

Deacon and Staff Updates: Edward thanked Sarah Cooner and Lynne Wilson, who have both served as deacons. Steven reviewed those deacons who are renewing, the elders' recommendation of David Bastian as a new deacon, and staff additions and changes. If you have any input regarding David’s recommendation as a deacon, please contact Steven.

Member-Led Events: Steven introduced a new space on our website for members who want to invite others to an event.

Annual Plan & Budget (AP&B): Steven provided a short summary of the FY2024 AP&B, which will serve as the basis for the FY2025 AP&B. If you have ideas or thoughts to be included in the FY2025 AP&B, please contact Steven.
