Adam is one of our non-staff Elders and joined the Leadership Team in February 2018. Among other responsibilities, he leads a community group and is involved with the church’s ministries to children and teens.
Adam works as an attorney advisor with the Federal Communications Commission, where he helps to resolve disputes involving entities in the telecom industry.
Before attending law school, Adam worked as a technology consultant, software developer, and technical manager, first with Arthur Andersen and then with General Dynamics. He spent the early years of his legal career litigating patent infringement disputes with Cooley LLP.
Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce degree and a J.D. degree, both from the University of Virginia. In his academic journey, God also led him to spend a year at the College of William & Mary.
Adam arrived at Redeeming Grace Church in 1997, fresh out of college. He was soon joined by his friend Amy, and the two married in 2000. Adam and Amy have four children: Jacob, PJ, Will, and Bailey.
Adam loves investing in his family, church, and community. He also enjoys exercise, food, music, travel, and simple household projects. He is a sports fan with a talent for supporting teams that invariably find new ways to disappoint.
