Preliminary Event Request Form - Members
RGC encourages members to use the building that God has so graciously provided for us!
This form is for members who want to host an event at RGC. It may be a private, invitation-only event like a birthday party, or larger, like a discussion group or a church-wide event. A staff member will reach out to you with questions or next steps. Please note that some events require elder approval, and some events may incur minimal fees [link pdf].
Members, for weddings or funerals, please reach out directly to a staff elder.
- For the best results, please submit this form at least one month in advance. For events with 20 people or more, more advance notice will be needed. Within 36 business hours of submitting this form, a member of our staff will reach out to you about your event.
- Those hosting the event are responsible for decorating and cleaning up from the event.
- For the safety of children and vulnerable people at our building, we require that our Child Protection Guidelines be followed if children are attending and will not be in the care of their parents.

If you are not a member, please contact a member who can sponsor you. If you are not a member and would like to hold your wedding here, please ask your pastor to contact one of our elders. Please encourage them to view our Statement of Faith to ensure that we share similar Biblical values.
