Greetings brothers and sisters!
As the holidays wind down and we enter this new year I want to encourage you to take some time and reflect on your walk with God.
Our recent Advent series has reminded us of the incredible miracle of ‘God with us.’ Jesus has come to earth to reveal to us who God is and teach us what it means to follow him. He has made fellowship with the triune God possible!
The final command of the risen Christ is to go and make disciples and the mission of Redeeming Grace is based on this command. We are called to go into our world with good news to make and equip growing disciples of Jesus Christ.
If we are to fulfill our mission of making disciples, we too must be growing disciples. May I ask you a question? How do you intend to grow as a disciple in the coming year?
The elders of RGC would like to encourage you to make reading your Bible a priority in the new year – and every year! You can find several reading plan options on our website. The Word of God is foundational to growing as a disciple. If you don’t know how to read your Bible profitably, we would love to help you.
We also have numerous discipleship opportunities in the form of Bible studies and classes specifically designed to help you to grow in your love and obedience to God. I want to invite you, if you haven’t already, to consider which of these opportunities you can sign up for this winter and who you can invite to join you.Please click on the events below to learn more.
