Come join us for a time of equipping and relational development!

We are calling this event Spring Training 2024 because like in baseball, it is helpful when veteran leaders and those preparing for the major leagues come together and work on the basics. Being a good small group leader is not complicated, but it requires faithfulness to the important things!

The kind of people who would benefit from this event are those who might be interested in being trained to lead or help lead a community group. Singles are welcome and if possible, we would really like to have husbands and wives come together. We will be equipping attendees in our philosophy and understanding of community groups at RGC.

We will serve a light breakfast of bagels and fruit in the morning and childcare is available. If you are interested in joining us, please contact Kenneth Maresco.
