Aspiring elders (either now or down the road), we invite you to attend the Elder Training Workshop on Why Christlike Character Matters in Ministry. The Workshop is one way we are seeking to raise future elders at RGC who can serve as on-staff or non-staff pastors, church planters, and missionaries. Developing Christlike character is foundational to serving fruitfully in ministry, and we hope you will prayerfully consider attending.

The Workshop begins on Thursday evening (6:30–9:30 p.m.), continues on Friday (8:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m., and concludes on Saturday (8:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m.). We will provide meals and snacks during those times. Please register so we can plan accordingly.
