I love our commitment to care for those who are supported by our church. Our membership commitment summarizes this well and serves as our guide: “We will steward the resources God has given to us, including our time, talents, spiritual gifts, finances, and possessions. We will support and care for those whom the church sends as missionaries and church planters.” Through Christ, and in the power of the Holy Spirit, we are seeking to do a few things this holiday season.
Send Financial Gifts to RGC Supported Missionaries
Will you consider sending a financial gift to one of our missionaries? Beloved, any amount is helpful.
- Our main focus this year is on giving to individual workers:
- Kim w/ Reaching and Teaching International Ministry (discipling women, running a refugee camp, and practicing hospitality).
- McKinneys w/ Haddies House (pastoring, language learning, caring for the disabled, raising funds to buy wheelchairs, and sharing Christ). (Select Katy McKinney when asked “Who Do You Want to Support”).
- Gallos w/ NK Missions (pastoring, caring for refugees, and loving the hurting).
- Sakaguchis w/ Toyosu Community Church (discipling, pastoring, encouraging the fainthearted, and sharing Christ).
Send Financial Gifts to Church Planter and RGC Locally Supported Workers
We are blessed to have many members and ministry partners serving to evangelize and make disciples locally. We are focusing on a few specific people this year:
- Mercy of Christ/Jeremy McClain: They are seeking to raise $3000 to buy Christmas gifts for children connected to their church. On Dec. 9 they are hosting “Christmas Morning” at their church to celebrate Christ, eat good food, and give gifts to kids that may not get any this Christmas. Any additional funds raised will be used to help care for members of their church.

- Danny and Ellim Wegerbauer w/ For the Nations (sharing Christ, serving the marginalized, and seeing fruit
- Michael and Maggie Crum w/ Cru at Mason (seeing conversions, discipling young believers, and expecting baby!)
- Phil and Tracy Ennis w/ Overseas Missionary Fellowship (sharing Christ and serving Uyghurs)
- Jack Kahler w/ Young Life Capernaum (loving Christ, comforting the afflicted, and enjoying serving)
