Vince Hinders Pastor of Leadership and Young Adults

Vince has served as an elder on staff at Redeeming Grace Church since 1997. Some of his duties include planning and leading the elder meetings, overseeing the staff and ministries of the church, and working with college students.

Before coming on staff, Vince worked in commercial real estate as the Principal Broker at Hinders Realty, Inc. Before that, Vince worked in relief and development for World Vision International (Bucharest, Romania). Vince has a Master of Arts in Religion from Reformed Theological Seminary and a Doctor of Ministry at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, focusing on leadership development. He also holds a Master of Arts in Finance and Investments from Exeter University in Devon, England.

Vince met Bonnie, his wife of over 33 years, when they were working in Romania. They have four adult children: Dumitra, Natalie, Hannah, and Justin, who is married to Giuliana. When he is not working or studying, Vince enjoys spending time with his family at the beach, traveling anywhere with Bonnie, and having people over to the house to eat whatever Bonnie is cooking!
