Thanks for your interest in serving at Vacation Bible School (VBS)! VBS will take place the week of July 14-18, and run from 9:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m. every day. We ask all volunteers to arrive at RGC at 8:00 a.m. (breakfast will be provided) and stay until 1:00 p.m. (lunch will be provided on the last day). On Sunday, July 13, we'll have a volunteer meeting in the Basement Auditorium from 12:15-2:00 p.m. to go over important information before VBS begins. On Friday, July 18, we'll ask you to stay after VBS concludes to help clean up.

All adult volunteers must have a background check through RGC.

Generally, those serving at VBS are members of Redeeming Grace Church (RGC) or pursuing membership. If you would like to serve and are not affiliated with RGC, please reach out to Elizabeth Swadener. She would love to talk with you about how to get involved!

Additionally, those under 18 are welcome to serve at VBS. You must be at least 12 years old to serve, and we ask all 12-year-old volunteers to serve with a parent. Volunteers who are between 13-17 years old may serve with an adult that is not a parent.

If you are interested in serving and can only serve for part of the week, we'd still love to have you serve! We also have a VBS Volunteer Interest Meeting coming up on Sunday, May 4 from 12:15-1:00 p.m. in Room 102. This is a great time for you to learn more about volunteering at VBS and ask questions!
