Please join the Velleco family (members of the RGC Home Education Co-Op, whose grandson has been recently diagnosed with an incurable brain cancer) on Wednesday, July 24, at the Fair Lakes Chik-fil-A (4516 Fair Knoll Drive, Fairfax) from 5:00 -8:00 p.m. to raise funds to benefit Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma research. Superhero costumes are encouraged, and there will also be a face painter, a character meet-and-greet with “real” superheroes, and a craft for children. There will be a special superhero mobile, as well, and the superhero cow will be in attendance.
