Check-In & Check-Out

Upon arriving, please check in at one of our Grace Kids kiosks. A nametag for your child will be printed, as well as a parent code for you to keep (this code is the same for all of your children). If you have a child in the nursery, you may drop them off at 10:30 a.m. when the service begins. If you have a child aged 2 years old through 6th grade, you can take them to their classroom when kids are dismissed after the announcements (usually around 11:00 a.m.). If your child needs your attention during the service, your parent code will be displayed on the screen. Please go to your child’s classroom to assist or pick them up. If you have multiple children, please visit our Help Desk to find out which child needs your assistance. Please show your parent code to the nursery lead or teacher when picking up your child during or after the service.

Serve with Us!

RGC members and children of members (aged 12 and over) are encouraged to serve with us in Grace Kids! If you would like to serve, please reach out to Elizabeth Swadener.

Child Safety

All volunteers working in Grace Kids complete a background check before they begin serving. Volunteers are trained in safety procedures, and we have at least two unrelated volunteers in each class at all times.

You can view a summary of RGC's Child Protection Guidelines and learn more about our Child Protection Advisory Team (CPAT) here.

Child Dedications

child dedication is an opportunity for parents to publicly declare their intentions to raise their children to disciples who love God by following Jesus. Child dedications are not sacraments, nor are they commanded in Scripture, yet we find them to be a helpful practice to allow parents the opportunity to publicly express their commitment to make disciples of their children. You can learn more about child dedications at RGC here!
